Custom and personalized orders
Can I Customize Designs: Absolutely! Most of our products can be customized. Simply send us a message with your wishes and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Personalized Items: For Personalized Items, be sure to complete the personalization section!
Shipping
Please note that if you order different items from my store, they may arrive separately so don't panic! Often times we use different print partners to accommodate stock or style and not all print partners have the same production turnaround.
The production time for each order varies, but on average, it takes 2-7 business days for the product to be printed and prepared for shipping. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
We offer standard shipping on all products. In some instances, expedited shipping may be available. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.

About Our Products-Print of Demand
What is Print on Demand (POD)? Believe by Julie sells both Print on Demand products and handmade items. All designs for our Print on Demand products are created by me personally and fulfilled through a print partner. Although some of the blanks for our print on demand products are sourced from different countries, all designs and fulfillment in done in the USA.
How Do I Place An Order
Simply browse our shop, choose the product you like, select the size and color (if applicable), and proceed to checkout. Your order will be processed, and the product will be printed and shipped to you. Be sure to complete the personalization section on any personalized products
Can I Cancel/Modify My Order
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters the production process. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Refunds/Returns
Since all our orders are custom printed for each buyer, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if there are any issues, please reach out to us so we can rectify the situation. Before placing your order, be sure to read all the details in the listing. For more details, refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
